Can Windows Smartphone allow me to capture incoming call events, display a UI
while ringing, and after call is answered, and play/record wave files over
call (what is generally referred to as "audio interjection" of voice into
call).
Regarding the audio interjection, the Symbian OS allows this at its core,
but the decision of implementation is left to the manufacturers. Is there a
similar issue here?
