newbie question: proxy settings in Pocket IE?

Hi,
I am writing a test application for Smartphones where I want to redirect
http requests from Pocket Internet Explorer(PIE) to this application. I am
using Windows Mobile 2003 SDK. I've tried tweaking the Settings->More->Data
Connections in the AudioVOX device as well as the Smartphone Emulator but
have been unable to redirect PIE traffic to my application. Does anybody know
how this can be done?
