Suddenly I can't send SMS through SMS-API

Hello,

I've developed an C++ application which sends SMS through SmsSendMessage().
This worked fine until some strange things happened: Neither sending of SMS
through the application nor sending SMS through system worked anymore.

After a hard reset of the device sending SMS through system works but
sending SMS through application doesn't. I guessed that something was going
wrong during developing but even old versions of the application get an error
while calling SmsSendMessage().

Reveiveing SMS still works fine.

Does anybody know a setting which can cause such behavior? Any hint how I
could debug this?
