Which WTL for Smartphone 2002 compatibility?

I'm wanting to create some dynamic Smartphone dialogs, and I'm thinking the
easiest way to do this is WTL (correct me if I'm wrong on that).

I need to support Smartphone 2002 devices and beyond (eVC3), so I'm
wondering if I need to stick to the 2002 version of WTL on smartphonedn.com,
or whether the newer ones will work (7.1? 7.5?). It appears that the
current versions require ATL support, which is not present in Smartphone
2002. The newer versions seem to have some nice additional features such as
color picking dialogs, file picking dialogs, etc. (although I'm not sure
whether those WTL classes are relevant under the Smartphone OS anyway).

Any advice?
