I have installed EVC + SP4,
I develop Smartphone 2003 application.
Now I have problem.

When I plug cable from my motorola Smartphone device to USB,
ActiveSync connects OK.
When I try in EVC Tools -> ConfigurePlatform Manager ->
Smartphone 2003 Device -> Properties,
Transport: ActiveSync, Startup Server: ActiveSync
button "Test" pressed, error displays:

The Microsoft ActiveSync reported following error:
Unable to load device side components. Please check server configuration
settings.

Many time I used this test before and mostly it was successfull.
When not, restart of my phone helped and things was again ok.
But now restart does not help.
What can be reason of above message ?
