How to block all the keys in a window ??

hi,
I am developing an application in Smartphone 2003.In one of the
windows, there is a peculiar requirement which needs all the keys(
including Home, power, back, record, volume etc ) to be blocked, that is
on pressing these keys only the key click tone should be heard, but the
screen should not transition to home screeen, ring volume screen or
whatever the case may be.

Can you suggest how to achieve the same ???
