Hi, thanks that seemed to work.
I installed update then at cmd prompt typed:
C:\Program Files\Windows CE Tools\wce420\SMARTPHONE 2003\Tools\spdps /devce

and selected:
Smartphone Privileged Development Code-Signing

But what does this mean? does this mean I can only work with this particular
smartphone and my program won't work on others? How will I know?
If yes, are all future MS smartphones going to have the same problem?

I'm , I will need to distribute this program shortly!
