Bluetooth Stack Extension Layer

Hi Again.

A lot of questions ....
We're using Windows CE 4.2 and using MS BT stack.
We're trying to write bluetooth Stack Extension Layer (using
XXX_EstablishDeviceContext) and we gets error something like the service
isn't started yet. It's very strange becuase we can use the BT driver, can
pair and connect other device and still we receives error like it isn't up
yet.
