PERL CGI Beginners - File Downlaod issue.

I have directory from which users are downloading files directly using FTP client (no browser).

If I can run a script or program, which could tell me as which files have been downloaded?

File::Stat changes? if they simply download the file from FTP?

Or is there any other way?

You will need to check your ftp log. I don't know where that would be
located, though, as it differs for different systems.
