Hello,

I am working on a website that uses Perl/CGI/HTML, and I am trying to
figure out the best way to add a help feature for individual elements
on a form. I have seen slick functionality such as the "what's this"
popups, but I think those are all Java based. Is there any good code
out there for adding help functionality or does anyone have some good
pointers for getting started? I have been looking all around, but I
haven't found anything. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
