I need a code to upload my local files to an FTP server using Net::FTP
FTP.pm perl module.
Can any one send the code asap urgent....

You are confusing this newsgroup with a script-writing service. The
fact that your issue is "urgent" means that you failed to plan
correctly, not that anyone should jump at the chance to give you a
script.

You'll likely have better luck at http://jobs.perl.org
