Is it possible to configure the "To:" in formmail?

Hello to everyone.

Using v1.92
I have form results sent to several email addresses and it's working just
fine, but when the email comes in from a form, the "To:" field in the email
header has everyone's email address listed that it is being sent to (To:
email1@something.com, email2@somethingelse.com, etc.)

Is there a technique for having it say something of my choosing? Like, "
To:Contact Administrator" or something like that?
