PERL CGI Beginners - cgi access question

I have recently installed a cgi script on my domain. Everything works fine
at my office, at the tech support desk - apparantly everywhere except my
desktop at home. The home PC returns an error message:

Error 500
Invalid Login

Reason For Error: Not Applicable
How To Fix Error: Not Applicable

File: admin.cgi
Line: 92

I've cleaned my cache, rebooted, and done everything else I can think of.
Any suggestions to make this thing work at home?
