Help Desk Software and Asset Management -any alternative OpenSource?

| Hi,
I am planning to install some software to take care of the inventory,
with support to monitoring, helpdesk to the user even to control the
reservations of some assets.
I found OCS + GLPI...
http://www.ocsinventory-ng.org/
http://www.glpi-project.org/
they are quite useable but still lack of some features like monitoring
computers or remote control. It doesnt control network equipment
either,... the report system is quite limited too.
so anybody could give any suggestion?
like a propietary software I found http://www.ilient.com/
