Some are, some aren't. Most are as good. Few are better, though some are.
You can find great Open Source or Freeware programs, in most cases as good
as Payware. Sometimes it is difficult to weed through the amount of progs
out there. Good Freeware sites, or forums can help eliminate much of the
lower quality progs. I have a good site: http://bearbottoms1.com Free
and no ads, I get nothing. I like to do it.
