Folks, I've placed online a new CAD system oriented to use by the emergency
services community - EM, fire, cops, 9-1-1, etc. that provides a lot of the
usual suspects for CAD functionality. I don't know if the world really
needs another CAD system, but AFAIK it's the first F/OSS product
specifically written for this world.

It's in PHP/MySQL, and uses Google's API for the mapping functions. It
will go up on SourceForge, but it cd use some tire-kicking first as a sanity
check.
