It wd need job/task hierarchy, strong security features, a doc
mgmt/search function. Some cost functions, but nothing major.

Lots of stuff on Freshmeat, and too many to go through and weed out, so
I'm looking for any experiences here. Ideally, PHP/MySQL, but wd
consider others. Ajax a plus.
