I am not much of a programmer/coder, but i need to know that if a website/game is coded in Mysql/php and has a "click cap" of 2.....as in if you reload the page more than 2 times a second....you will be "jailed"... I need to know if it is at all possible to be able to have the "web page" reload more than 2 times a second, without being "jailed"....the purpose is one which is not relevant. If someone could help me it would be much appreciated.

Note: I do not have access to make coding changes, nor do i have any way of having them changed, i just wanted to know if there were any way, through macroing/scripting or any other form, of being able to reload the page more than twice a second. Thank you.
