Calendar/Time-scheduling system

| OpenOffice seems to be a great cheap alternative to MS Office.
However, I am missing just one component in it: a good calendar/time
scheduling system, like MS Outlook 2003 or Novell Groupwise.
Is there some kind of open source calender/time
scheduling/Outlook/Groupwise alternative around? What would you suggest?
Thanks in advance!
