Author Tar interface for Windows

I've been browsing around the internet telling people about EZ TAR, my new tar interface. I had to build a webpage in order to get it listed in a software directory, so I might as well tell people about it to get my time's worth.

EZ TAR is free and open-source, but for Windows only right now. I might make it into a project to attract people who could make it more portable.

I couldn't find a good Perl module that creates tar files, so I decided to use a Windows port of GNU tar. To make it easier to use for other purposes, I created EZ TAR.

I think GNU tar has been around for about 34 years, and this is the first real interface for it. There's no reason for something to be difficult just because it's command a line tool.
