Someone can explain me the procedure to access and contribute to open
source projects from Windows platform. (I mean project like apache or
OpenOffice.)

Does i need only a ssh client and a cvs client? what clients do you
suggest to me to use? How should I configure CVSROOT and other
parameters?... I often can't find these information...

After all that, when i wil be ready to contribute, my commit will be
immediately effective, or will be before checked from someone?

Thanks

It all depends on the project. What kind of project do you want to get
involved to? Also, what skill are you ready to bring on?
Maybe we'll be able to help you ;-)
