XDelta on Pocket PC and Other PDA

I would like to transfer some data from desktop computer to Pocket PC,
BlackBerry etc.
I am able to compressed the data on desktop computer using the XDelta
utility calculating the delt of that data. The data i.e. delta
calculated on desktop computer transferring nicely on the Pocket PC,
BlackBerry.

So My question, How to use XDelta utility on Pocket PC, BlackBerry
to decode the new file from the delta ?
How it would be possible ?

Any suggestion....
