Will the coefficients read by this function in libjpeg already have
added the deltas in the DC coeficient values? That is, the DC value
of the a given DCT matrix is subtracted from the previous value and
that difference is encoded. So the question is, it is not clear to me
if this step has been undone by the jpeg_read_coefficients function.
