Hello,
I resesarch the old compactor Sea-Axe V2.2.
It is a look like Pklite : Dos compactor.

I just want to unpack a file
I try with UNP and TROn, it do not work.

Try "CUP" instead. Try all options (386, V86, etc.). Be preprared to
wait a while.
