methods, such as JPEG, and was chosen by FBI (U.S. Federal Bureau of
Investigation) as the fingerprint image compression standard.
Cognaxon has released Linux version of free WSQ viewer (v1.1).
Cognaxon WSQ viewer (for Linux) reads and converts between WSQ and 8
other graphic file formats.
