For some reason people in this group always react negatively to
requests that look like homework assignments.

Type Huffman Decode into any of these and you'll be deluged - maybe you
can find something that will help.

That said, Huffman coding is pretty simple and you ought to be able to
master the understanding of it and wirte a sample program in a few
hours - given the proper background.
