What is the algorithm used in OverZip program
to compress already maximally compressed ZIP and RAR files?

Seems that zip compresses every file and then merge the results, while
overzip packs the files as a whole and finds the parts that are similar in
some different files.
But overZip sucks, 7zip is much better.
