i seem to be back online again horaay!!

as i have previously stated :
if a fixed amount of information can be represented by varying amounts
of bits then a sequence of varying numbers of varying bit length can be
produced.

then it is just a matter of mapping a short sequence ( more probable)
into a long sequence (less probable) [which increases the number of
bits (more data)] so absorbing this more data while all the time being
a representation of the origional fixed amount of information.

this should be refered to as the learn to add principal.

cheers
