Hello,

My project in university requires JPEG2000 encoding which implements
JPEG2000 Part1 ISO/IEC 15444-1. I finished the encoding steps excepting
the ROI feature.

For anybody implemented ROI feature in C, could you please send me the
snippet of ROI source code?
