IEEE 1180-1990 specifying IDCT accuracy has been withdrawn.
I may have to do an MPEG encoder in hardware.
What document should I use to determine adequate IDCT accuracy?
Has 1180 been replaced, or should I still use it?
Any idea why 1180 was withdrawn?
