Hello everyone!

I am rahul and trying to decode mpeg2 files.
but there are some problems so if any one can guide then plz reply me !

problems:-

1:-In mpeg2 streams only GOP is defined for time of that GOP.how can i
get the total time of mpeg2 movie to display total time of that movie
in players at starting.

2:-the ISO specification does not provide methods to convert d[y][x]
block to RGB.
so for this i hav try to do colour conversion formaula of JPEG but the
picture is different.

so plz any one hav idea about it .then plz help me?
