| Greetings!
We are a small and growing company located near Boston, Mass., focused
on delivering multimedia content and entertainment services to
networked devices. Our products are used by millions of people
worldwide on mobile phones, PCs, and game consoles. We are looking for
an energetic DSP engineer/researcher with a desire to work in a
fast-changing, applied research and development environment.
Duties will include applying mathematical and analytical skills in
signal processing to design and development of practical multimedia
coding algorithms, systems, and software tools. Research background in
industry or academia is strongly preferred. The ability to work
independently and to work well with others in a team environment is
critical.
Requirements:
- Research and development experience in industry or academia with
video, image, and audio signal processing and coding
- MS or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or a related field or
equivalent practical experience
- Fluency with C/C++ and MATLAB programming and familiarity with
development tools such as Visual Studio and GCC
- Experience with standards-based video, image, and audio codecs (e.g.
MPEG4, H.26x, JPEG2000, AAC)
