I am working on a design whereby hardware is used to compress the
analog video feed and transmit it accross a wireless link to a
receiving board. This received stream (in jpeg2k format) I then need to
convert to be able to view it. I therefore need a software solution. Is
there anyone that can give me advice / tips on this? Thanx!

If you are working with java i know you can a download Jpeg2000 plugin
for the javax.ImageIO package which comes with java since 1.4.0

I imagine if you know the format of the stream then it would be simple
to make a program which uses the Jpeg2000 plugin to decode the frames
as they are read in.
