parallel (MPI) version of bzip2 available

Although it was just planned as an exercise, there seems to be more
interest than I thought at the beginning. For this reason I've set up a
small site where you can find some information and the current sources
of my special bzip2 version which uses the original bzip2 library and
message passing primitives (MPI) to provide a parallel implementation:
