H.264 papers on MBAFF and/or PAFF

| Hi all,
Am researching MBAFF and PAFF for H.264 encoders. I tried searching but
came up with next to nothing, online. Also I don't have access to 2
particular papers in the IEEE library. Could any of you please help me
with a few documents or links with the same?

| There is a website(http://search.ieice.or.jp/index-e.html). Maybe you can find some valuable papers.
But first, you must register on it. However,the registration is free completely.
P.S.
Another website(http://citeseer.ist.psu.edu/) is good too.
