| I am looking for source code for the version 3 or higher H.263+
reference codec, tmndec and tmnenc originally developed at Telenor and
then by UBC. I can no longer seem to find this online anymore.
Can anyone email to me or send me a working link to download.
Thanks
Neil.

| Unfortunately TeleNor withdrew the source long ago and you are
supposed to purchase a license from UBC to download the source.

| I found a link to the 3.0 Telenor encoder and decoder::
http://www.geocities.com/capecanaveral/Lab/2336/wave.html.
I am hoping to find a later version that supports slice structured
mode, Annex K. The 3.0 todo list says that this will be done in
version 3.1. Does anybody know if that version exists and if so where
I can find it?
Neil.
