Dear all,

I want to use LPC10 algorighm in my products. But now I'm not clear
about the license fee for it. Do I need to pay the fee? And who should
I pay to?

Please give me the information about it.
Thanks a lot.

As far as I have been able to determine there is no company claiming
intellectual property rights to LPC-10, hence there is no one to pay a license fee!

I have included my own optimized and bug fixed version of LPC-10 in my free
HawkVoice library for over three years, and no one has brought up any concerns.

If you are not already using my version of LPC-10, beware that some versions
have some serious flaws, and all of them (except mine) have an error in one of
the LPC values.
