Problem with recently used files and projects

Hi,

i just installed VS2005 pro and made some first steps, i.e. build old
projects, create new projects with the 'new project wizards' etc.

Now i have to face the fact that no matter how much projects or files i
open and close, the file menu does not start to provide lists of
recently opened projects and files.

Is there something i can do about that?
