I installed VS.NET 2003, and the program itself works fine - I can code in
it quite happily. What I can't do is see any of the help - I get blank
spaces everywhere for the internal help, and if I run the help externally, I
get my browser's home page instead!

Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong here? Chances are it's a setting
in IE or something, but short of spending a w toggling every single
option to find out, there isn't much information to help figure it out.
