I have a rather annoying bug on my machine. In all the projects I'm working
on I regularly have the problem that when I hit F5 the project starts but
does not rebuild even though I did change the code.

You can imagine this causes lots of "suprising" bugs. I've searched all
options but I can't find anything. Also my clock settings seem to be OK
(the obj is clearly older then the cpp).

Anybody knows how to fix this problem?

Does Tools -> Options -> Projects and Solutions -> Build and Run -> "On Run,
when projects are out of date" fix it?

We noticed the same thing on one of our computers. Build or Clean on another
computer just simply crashes.
