VS.NET 2003 - Solution unable to find project (though it hasn't moved)

| I have a solution that has about 15 projects of various types. Only one web
application, though. For a few months everything was fine. However, just
starting recently when I open the solution, it says the web application
project file cannot be found, even though it hasn't moved. I can remove the
project from the solution and re-add the project by opening it from the web
successfully, including the VSS bindings. I looked at the solution file and
it appears to be pointing to the correct project file. Any suggestions on
how to troubleshoot this?
