Hi,

Can anyone suggest how to troubleshoot C++ errors.

Windows XP Home SP2

Director player fails (setup.exe) and the CD_ROM content isn't playable
normally.
I checked the CD media itself plays normally.

Intro starts and plays normally until navigate panel.
Then appears instantly error message:

Error
A Fatal Error has occurred. Click OK to Quit.

after clicking OK appears next message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library
Runtime Error!
Program d:\setup.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information
