Author Varying Colors by Category (not Series)

My "simple" chart, (being created through VS using MS Reports, not Crystal
Reports) has only one set of Categories("sector") and one set of
Values("percent").

When I set it up that way, my chart is only a single color with the
Categories labeled. If I set it up as the "sector" being a Series, I get
varying colors, but then I don't get the labels for the Bars/Categories.
Sure, I can see them in a Legend box, but that wastes space and doesn't meet
the users expectations.

So, how can I vary the colors of the bars and still keep my category labels?

TIA,
Max
