Problem with code snippets?

I have installed Visual Studio 2005 professional (default install) and the
development environment for WinFX on a Windows Server 2003 machine.

I see some strange things:

1) When I write "prop" and select the "Code snippet for property and backing
field" nothing happends.

2) On the Debug menu, I can't find any menu choice for "Step Into". "Step
Over" is there.

3) I can't see any menu choice for "Code Snipped Manager" on the Tools menu
as described here:

What could be the problem with my installation?
