Hi,
I recently assembled a new system with AMD Athlon 3000+ processor. The
system is running on Windows XP SP2(32 bit) OS. I have faced difficulty in
using Whidbey(VS.net 2005), although whidbey is installing successfully, I am
not able to open the VS IDE once the system is restarted. I have reformatted
my system and installed VS.net twice to face the same problem. Is there any
compatibility issue with VS.net and AMD 64 bit Processors or should I take
care of any think in particular while installing XP or Whidbey. Any
suggestion will be very helpful.
