Visual Studion 6.0 connection to Win 2003 IIS 6.0 server is challenged

I have beeen developing a site on a 2003 IIS 6.0 server using Visual Studio
6.0, Visual InterDev and everything has been fine by I am a systems
administrator.

Now, I have trying to connect other developers with VID 6 but they keep
getting an NT challenge.

If I provide the login and password of the server administrator, it works.

If I go to the development site with Windows Explorer and Notepad, it works.
They may add, edit, delete.

This appears to have something to do with VID, IIS and port 80
