Visual Studio - WebDev.WebServer Error

WebDev.WebServer Error

I occasionally recieve the following error:

1. Load and Run a Web project
2. Close IE

Error:

WebDev.WebServer.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost.

<Debug> <Close>

I am using VS 2005 Pro RTM under Win2003. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
VS without change to this issue.

Any ideas?
