Help! How to deploy manually ATL server web service?

Dear all,

I'm sure this is a simple problem, but I'm definitely incapable to cope with
it.

In VS .NET I created ATL Server Web Service, using the template, allowing
the Web deployment, and it deploys fine.

Later, I tried to deploy it manually (the 'Debug' build) on the same
machine, but in different virtual directory, following the 'Deploying ATL
Server Applications by hand' MSDN article and I got:

'The system cannot find the file specified.' error
(in FireFox, IE dully shows HTTP 500 Server Error).

After building and deploying the 'Release' build, the error changed to:
'The specified procedure could not be found.'

Finally, I tried a Web Setup project, with the same results.

Any help would be appreciated.
