vs 2005 July CTP won't compile setup projects

when trying to build installer projects with the july CTP I always get
this error:
WARNING: The value of the 'PublicKey' attribute in '.NET Framework 2.0'
does not match that of file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
8\SDK\v2. 0\Bootstrapper\Packages\dotnetfx\dotnetf
x.exe'.
ERROR: General failure building bootstrapper
ERROR: Unrecoverable build error

Is there any workaround for this?
