How to restore C# console application default?

A year ago I changed my C# installation so that when I create a new console
application, there is a default Class1 file. (I used it before for testing
purposes.) I just got back to C# and I want to restore the plain-vanilla
Class1 file when I create a new console project. How do I do this? Many
thanks!
